A list-add, or a post?
Your block curve with a marker on every day a list owner added you to a moderation list. A spike that starts on a marker is the list; a spike with no marker is people reacting to a post. You see which, instead of guessing.
Which lists, and who to talk to
Every moderation list you're on: the list's own description, its owner, how many accounts block through it, and the date of the add. Only the owner can remove you, so every row names the owner.
What happened, day by day
A ledger of blocks received, list additions and account status changes: suspended, taken down, deactivated, active again. Newest first, each with its date. "My reach dropped last Tuesday" gets something to check against.
Who blocked you, over what period
The accounts that blocked you, with profiles, and the period the count covers. The same number read as 46, 271 and 18 in one thread because nobody said over what window. Here the window is always stated.
Frequently asked questions — Bluesky account health
- Why did my Bluesky block count go up?
- One of two things: people reacted to something you posted, or a list owner added you to a moderation list and everyone subscribed to it now blocks you automatically. Account Health puts your block curve next to your list-add dates, so you can see which.
- How do I know if I’m on a Bluesky moderation list?
- Bluesky doesn’t tell you. GraphTracks records list additions from the public network and shows every moderation list your account is on: the list’s own description, its owner, how many accounts block through it, and the date of the add.
- Can GraphTracks remove me from a moderation list?
- No. Only the list’s owner can remove an account from their list. GraphTracks names the owner next to every list so you know who to contact; what you do with that is up to you.
- Is there an account health score?
- No, and there won’t be one. No number out of 100, no A to F. A score is our opinion; a fact isn’t. Account Health shows three lights. Each one rests on a fact you can check: whether you’re on moderation lists, how many accounts block through them, how this week’s blocks compare with your own history, and whether Bluesky has suspended or taken down the account.
- Does Account Health tell me what to do?
- No. It shows the list’s own description and the date of the add, and leaves the conclusion to you. It never tells you to post less, post more, or post differently.
- Does it show who muted me or labeler actions?
- No. Mutes are private on Bluesky, so no tool can see them. Labels aren’t shown yet. Block lists, list membership and account status are what the public network records, so that is what we show.
- How far back does the history go?
- Not forever. Block counts go back to when GraphTracks started tracking the account. List membership starts on July 29, 2026, and the page says so. An empty list section means nothing recorded since that date, not a clean history forever.
- Is this private data?
- No. Blocks, list membership and account status are all public records on the AT Protocol. GraphTracks reads them the way any Bluesky client could; it just keeps the history and shows it in one place.
- Is Account Health free?
